1. After filling out a simple form and arranging for payment with the BCI PayPal account, access to your new account will be available shortly.
2. The "Tech Info" button at the left links you to the installation instructions which helps you install your BCI settings on your computer.
3. Ensure the telephone number you select for access is a LOCAL number! Links for (315) Local and Nationwide Access Numbers are below and on the BCI homepage.
4. Use lowercase when entering your User ID and Password.
5. Both your dialer ID and e-mail box ID will be: User ID@bci.net.
6. Nationwide accounts are limited to 150 hours in a calendar month.
