Checking your settings
- Make sure you have the following network components:
Client for Microsoft Networks
Dial-Up Adapter
TCP/IP -> Dial-Up Adapter
- If you have any other components, please click on them once and
then click on the remove button.
- Click on TCP/IP one time to highlight it, and then click on
the Properties button.
- Click Cancel to
return to BCI Technical Information.
